Scope

These terms govern your use of highercastle.com (the "Site"), operated by Higher Castle LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you accept these terms.

Web design services

Sending the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, and neither side owes the other anything until a written agreement is signed. Information on this site — including any pricing mentioned — is general information that may change. A written quote, not this website, governs any engagement.

GrantTrace product

GrantTrace is a dataset product. When you purchase GrantTrace for $997 — a one-time charge, no subscription — you receive a private copy of the GrantTrace grants corpus installed on managed Postgres, the search interface, and monthly data refreshes for 12 months. After the first year, the scripts and runbook are yours to run yourself, or we keep running the refreshes for about $149 a year. Your purchase is governed by the GrantTrace license agreement presented at purchase. Refund: full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email legal@highercastle.com. The data comes from e-filed IRS Form 990-PF exactly as filed. Every release passes a 9-point integrity gate before it ships, but we don't warrant the data is error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

Forms

The Site has three forms. The contact form sends us a message. The Veldora waitlist form adds you to the Veldora waitlist; if you join, we use your submission to email you about launch and founding pricing. Nothing else, and you can unsubscribe anytime. The GrantTrace form tells us you're interested in GrantTrace; we use it only to follow up with you about the product. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to profile you. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Site content and design are © Higher Castle LLC. GrantTrace data is licensed, not sold; your license is defined in the license agreement presented at purchase. The underlying IRS Form 990-PF data is public-record material as filed.

Disclaimers and liability

The Site and GrantTrace are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or GrantTrace is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
